Breakfast

8-16 oz pure organic celery juice: Drink 15-30 min. before breakfast

Blueberry Oatmeal Shake

  • 6-8 oz Almond milk (or other nut milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • handful of spinach
  • 1-2 Tbsp nut butter (can use 1 Tbsp chia, flax, or hemp seeds in place of nut butter)

Combine all ingredients in high powered blender.


Lunch

Egg Muffin Cups (2 muffin cups)

Serve with sliced avocado and salsa


Snack

Carrots and Almond Butter Dip

Sliced carrots with 1-2 Tbsp almond butter (or other nut butter)


Dinner

Baked Pesto Chicken over Zoodles (leftovers)
